HEATHER LATTIG

Office Manager

Heather greets every patient with patience and compassion. She has a BS in Psychology & Human Services Counseling and brings to the team more than 20 years of experience of office management and customer service.  She enjoys working with our patients to guide them through the process of their care, educate them on insurance matters and to help resolve concerns.  She handles a broad range of responsibilities in our office while maintaining a busy caseload with precision and professionalism. Our staff and patients flourish as a result of her dedication and attention to detail.

ELLA BROWN

Front Desk Specialist

Ella is currently a student at Battlefield High School. She is very involved in Air Force Junior ROTC and volunteers in her community regularly. She is looking to attend the Air Force academy where she will continue to grow her academic career. She loves working with people and Balance Physical Therapy helps her see new faces everyday.
